Vacuum packed Serrano Reserva lomo slices, pure-bred Duroc Serrano pigs in Galicia cured for 2 months to give an intense depth of flavour using less salt in the curing process, making the flavour sweet and mellow. It is advised to serve the slices at room temperature to allow the full flavour to be enjoyed.
