Description
El Taller Gastronomico from Toledo introduces this pate made using duck meat and duck liver with the addition of a little Armagnac. Delicious on hot toast, and very easy to serve at home. The tin can be opened at the top and at the bottom, allowing to take out the pate and serve it on a dish while keeping its shape.
Ingredients:
Duck meat 25%, chicken, duck liver, duck fat, lean pork and pork fat, stock, milk, eggs, Armagnac 1%, salt, white pepper and preservative E-250.
