Chistorra is a delicious, smoky cooking sausage made in La Rioja. Seasoned with smoked pimentón de La Vera paprika and fresh garlic, this super-thin chorizo has a juicy, meaty flavour and a crisp bite. Traditionally it is cooked and served with eggs, but it is also great on the grill, or cut into bite-sized pieces and served as a cocktail sausage. Our chistorra has been elaborated following a traditional recipe and is 100% natural, with no additives, preservatives or colourings added. It is also free of gluten, lactose or soya, and in general, it is free of any ingredient that does not belong on chistorra.
