Prices and booking

Rental price is per week for Property ##, and includes:

All bed linen, bath towels and tea towels, with a weekly change

Cleaning at the end of your stay; any extra cleaning is available at a charge

Welcome pack

Electricity, gas and water costs

Please bring your own beach towels for pool use. There is a telephone available and any charges incurred are taken off the refundable deposit. Las Adelfas is looked after by a couple who live locally, and they will greet you on arrival and help out with any problems you may encounter. The pool and garden are also regularly maintained.

Las Adelfas is let on a weekly basis, usually from Saturday to Saturday, commencing at 4.00 pm. The villa has to be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure.

Shorter lets may be negotiable in the winter months
A 20% deposit (non-refundable) is to be paid at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. If you have to cancel your holiday at property ##, the following applies:

4 weeks or less before departure: no refund
Between 4-6 weeks before departure: 50% refund
Over 6 weeks before departure: deposit retained

£150 returnable deposit will be added to the final invoice, to cover any damage and/or breakages, and any telephone charges.

Please note that smoking is only allowed outside the villa, and that pets are not permitted.
