The fastest and easiest way to make a traditional Crema Catalana. Nobody will tell the difference!
Preparation method:
- Mix 250ml of cold milk and one sachet of Royal Crema Catalana. Keep it aside.
- Heat 500ml of milk in a saucepan. Suggestion: add a lemon rind and a cinnamon stick for more flavour.
- Once the milk is boiling, add the mix and reduce the heat.
- Stir constantly for 1 - 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
- Pour the Crema Catalana into the serving bowls and wait until is cold.
- Suggestion: cover the Crema Catalana with sugar and burn it with a kitchen blowtorch.
Ingredients:
