This is the fastest, easiest way to make the traditional Spanish Flan. Just add milk.
Preparation method:
On cooker:
- Mix one sachet of Royal Flan and 500ml of semi-skimmed milk until well dissolved.
- Bring it to a boil on low heat in a saucepan while stirring constantly.
- Cover a big cake mould or few small bowls with one sachet of liquid caramel.
- Poor the Flan immediately to the mould and leave it to cool. Once is cold, put it in the refrigerator for 1 - 3 hours until getting the right consistency.
- To unmold, invert the mould onto a large rimmed serving platter or one small for each one.
On microwave:
- Mix one sachet of Royal Flan and 250ml of semi-skimmed milk until well dissolved in a microwave/safe bowl.
- Cook on the microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
- Add another 250ml of semi-skimmed milk and mix well.
- Cook again for 3 minutes.
- Cover a big cake mould or few small bowls with one sachet of liquid caramel.
- Poor the Flan immediately to the mould and leave it to cool. Once is cold, put it in the refrigerator for 1 - 3 hours until getting the right consistency.
- To unmold, invert the mould onto a large rimmed serving platter or one small for each one.
Ingredients:
