This is the fastest, easiest way to make the traditional Spanish Flan. Just add milk.

Preparation method:

On cooker:

  1. Mix one sachet of Royal Flan and 500ml of semi-skimmed milk until well dissolved.
  2. Bring it to a boil on low heat in a saucepan while stirring constantly.
  3. Cover a big cake mould or few small bowls with one sachet of liquid caramel.
  4. Poor the Flan immediately to the mould and leave it to cool. Once is cold, put it in the refrigerator for 1 - 3 hours until getting the right consistency.
  5. To unmold, invert the mould onto a large rimmed serving platter or one small for each one.

On microwave:

  1. Mix one sachet of Royal Flan and 250ml of semi-skimmed milk until well dissolved in a microwave/safe bowl.
  2. Cook on the microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
  3. Add another 250ml of semi-skimmed milk and mix well.
  4. Cook again for 3 minutes.
  5. Cover a big cake mould or few small bowls with one sachet of liquid caramel.
  6. Poor the Flan immediately to the mould and leave it to cool. Once is cold, put it in the refrigerator for 1 - 3 hours until getting the right consistency.
  7. To unmold, invert the mould onto a large rimmed serving platter or one small for each one.

Ingredients:

Mix: sugar, thickener (E407), coulorings [E100, E160b(ii)], aromas, stabilizer (E339). Liquid caramel: glucose syrup, sugar, water, preservative (E202). It may contain wheat and milk.
