Las Delicias is a quiet urbanisation situated in the beautiful countryside of Southern Andalucia between the towns of Coin (5kms) and Alhaurin el Grande (7kms). Consisting of newly built individually commissioned detached villas, with good access roads, Las Delicias is sure to delight. All villas are privately owned, fully fenced with secure off-road parking and have private pools and gardens. Villas, pools and gardens are maintained on a weekly basis. Common areas are maintained by an on-site employee.

Located in an area of spectacular mountain scenery, there are clear views across the valley to Mijas mountain and beyond to the distant Sierra Nevada mountains. The area around Las Delicias is pleasantly rural with olive and pine covered hills and citrus and avocado groves. Local goat farmers still walk their herds daily to graze in the open countryside.

Perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful holiday Las Delicias is also an excellent base for exploring the diversity of Southern Andalucia with its stunning Moorish architecture, sleepy whitewashed towns and villages and nature reserves. For a change of pace the coast with golden beaches and buzzing nightlife is just a 25 minute drive away.
